switching using packet tracer.

Successfully configuring Axis IP Cameras and connect to Milestone Xprotect recording servers.(Remal
mall Infrastructure).

Successfully configure thermal camera and connect to G42 smart care Box.(Remal mall
Infrastructure).

Successfully configure brocade/cisco layer 2 switches with lag, vlan, tagging and untagging. (Remal

Successfully configure brocade/cisco layer 3 or router switches with virtual interface, assigning IP

Successfully installed printer in different network then client machine and configure it to work in 2

Monitor security cameras, on multiple cameras and screen and report illicit activities revealed by
cameras/CCTV.

Monitor the temperature of each visitor passing through thermal camera installed in each entrance
and recheck to customer having temperature more then 38 degree Celsius and above.

Report suspicious vehicle, packages & person on the interior and exterior perimeter of client
properties.

Provide witness statements & copies of surveillance footage of evidence to authorities, if needed.

Record all incidents in an appropriate logbook.

Assist with alert procedures, as directed by shift supervisor and operation supervisor.

Report any loss, damage and destruction of client properties.

Trouble shoot the trouble occurred in CCTV & fire panel system.

Report fire alarm activated location & command on duty security to check the area.

Coordinate with all service providers to solve issue related to client services, escalating to concern
department.

Maintain the customer flow report and report to supervisor.

Provide status report of monitoring devices installed inside control room to site supervisor on
monthly basis.

prepare monthly reports, Joint Audit, Observation report and weekly report, and submit to
supervisor for checking.

Taking charge of site in absence of site supervisor and make sure the smooth flow of operation.
